Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026Privacy Policy
01Agreement
By using rlty.ai, its subdomains, or any portal or application we host, you agree to these terms. If you are using them for a company, you agree on its behalf. Paid engagements are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
02Accounts
Portal accounts are issued by us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@rlty.ai if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
03Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or any application, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. The operations audit is rate-limited; do not try to get around that.
04The audit and other outputs
The operations audit, and anything else the site or an application generates, is an estimate produced from what you enter and from general benchmarks. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
05Ownership
The site, the applications, and everything in them belong to rlty.ai or its licensors. You keep ownership of the data you bring to us. You give us permission to process that data only as needed to provide the service to you.
06No warranty
The site and any free tools on it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, rlty.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its free tools. Our total liability for anything covered by these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
08Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. When they change, the date at the top changes with them, and continued use means you accept the new version.
