Privacy Policy

rlty.ai builds software and runs engagements for real estate operators. This policy covers rlty.ai, its subdomains, and the client portal and applications we host. Questions go to hello@rlty.ai.

• What you send us. Your name, email address, and whatever you include when you write to us or book a call.
• Account details. If we give you a portal account: your email address, a password stored only in hashed form, and a record of which applications you have access to.
• The operations audit. The operation type, team size, and tools you enter on the landing page, used to generate your diagnosis. Nothing else from the form is kept.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser, and pages requested, for security and uptime.

We set two kinds. A session cookie keeps you signed in to the portal. A small counter cookie limits how many audits one browser can run in a day. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

To respond to you, to run the portal and the applications you have been given access to, to keep the site working and free of abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the providers we need to run the service: our hosting provider (Vercel), our authentication and database provider (Supabase), and the model provider that generates the operations audit, which receives the three audit inputs and nothing that identifies you. Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Data you connect to our applications during an engagement, such as a CRM or transaction platform, stays yours. We process it only to deliver the work agreed in your contract, and that contract governs if it says anything different from this policy.

We keep correspondence and account records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after that date means you accept the new version.
